We want you to love your shirt. If something went wrong on our end, we'll fix it.

Mind Melt Shirts offers refunds for orders that arrived damaged, defective, or just plain wrong. If your shirt shows up and it's not what you ordered... or it shouldn't have left the building looking like that... reach out, and we'll make it right.

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of your purchase date. To get the process started, email us at service@mindmeltshirts.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We'll take it from there.

A few things worth knowing: this policy covers our end of the deal, not a change of heart. For best results, long-term, follow the care instructions included with your order — these shirts are built to last, but they're not invincible.
