OVERVIEW Welcome to Mind Melt Shirts. "We," "us," and "our" refer to Mind Melt Shirts. We operate this store and website — including all content, products, tools, and features — to give you a place to shop for things you'll actually want to wear. The store runs on Shopify, which is how we make that happen.
These Terms of Service describe your rights and responsibilities when you use our site. They cover the important stuff, including warranty disclaimers and liability limitations, so please read them before clicking around.
By using our site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, that's okay — but you shouldn't use the site.

SECTION 2 — OUR PRODUCTS We do our best to represent our products accurately. That said, colors and appearance can look different depending on your screen and settings. We can't guarantee the product will look identical to what you see online — screens vary more than people realize.
Product descriptions are subject to change. We reserve the right to discontinue anything, limit quantities, or restrict availability by region at our discretion.
SECTION 3 — ORDERS Placing an order is an offer to purchase, not a confirmed sale. Mind Melt Shirts reserves the right to accept or decline any order for any reason. Your order isn't confirmed until we say it is, and payment must be processed first.
Review your order before submitting. Once accepted, we may not be able to cancel it. If something changes on our end, we'll reach out using the contact information you provided.
Returns and exchanges are handled according to our Refund Policy. Orders are for personal use only — not for commercial resale.
SECTION 4 — PRICES AND BILLING Prices can change without notice. Whatever the price is when you place your order is what you pay — confirmed in your order email. Taxes, shipping, and handling are not included in posted prices unless stated otherwise.
Promotions have their own terms. If a promotion conflicts with these Terms, the promotion terms win.
You agree to provide accurate payment information and keep it current. Submitting a payment means you're authorized to use it and responsible for the charges.
SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY Delivery times are estimates. We're not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or anything outside our control. Once your order leaves our facilities, it's in the carrier's hands — and legally, yours.
SECTION 6 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY Everything on this site — designs, graphics, text, logos, product names, slogans — belongs to Mind Melt Shirts, our affiliates, or our licensors. It's protected by U.S. copyright and intellectual property law.

SECTION 9 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY Mind Melt Shirts runs on Shopify's platform. Any transaction you make is with Mind Melt Shirts directly — not Shopify. Shopify is not responsible for your purchases, and by using this site, you release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims related to your orders.
SECTION 10 — PRIVACY POLICY How we handle your data is covered in our Privacy Policy. Shopify also processes certain information as part of running the platform. By using the site, you acknowledge you've read both.

SECTION 12 — ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS We're human. If something is wrong — a price, a description, a shipping estimate — we reserve the right to correct it without notice, including after an order has been placed.

Violations may result in immediate account termination.

SECTION 20 — ASSIGNMENT You can't transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We can transfer ours without asking.
SECTION 21 — GOVERNING LAW: These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mind Melt Shirts is headquartered. Both parties consent to the courts of that jurisdiction.
SECTION 22 — HEADINGS Section headings are for navigation only. They don't affect the interpretation of these Terms.
SECTION 23 — CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE We can update these Terms at any time. The current version is always on this page. Material changes will be communicated in accordance with applicable law. Continuing to use the site after changes are posted means you accept them.
